Process of change


In my sessions you will be invited to self examination. To find the personal space you want to occupy; through past, present and future, toward areas of life that require immediate attention. What experiences have imprinted deep on you, and how were core values shaped that are important now.

A roadmap will be formulated, outlining the specific topics and interventions that will receive attention. Wherever possible, there will be emphasis on self-compassion and mindfulness.

The treatment aims to bring change on a personal level, by letting go of old and dysfunctional patterns. This will consequently result in the ability to take new steps, that will match with your personal goals.

Steps to follow:

1) Introduction by telephone. Here also practical information will be given. Subsequently you receive a few questionnaires per mail that you have to fill in for the next contact moment.

2) First session: Intake interview. Based on which a treatment will be formulated.

3) Further treatment.
