Welcome! My name is David Sars and let me introduce myself. I have gained experience in mental health care, chronic pain rehabilitation and through my work for Mettaminds.org. My approach has been described as pleasant as I can relate to various backgrounds, besides Dutch speaking clients, also English speaking clients (including expats) or high profile professionals.

My approach is characteristic in that client experience stands central and that there is emphasis on the development of a therapeutic relation. My aim is to guide clients towards a space of individual strength, one step at a time, fostering a journey of personal growth.
