About Mettaminds.org
Mettaminds.org - in addition to offering psychological coaching and training - supports projects focused on mind-body work, physical exercise and the healing capacities of living awareness.
Metta- represents one of the four exalted states of the mind: it means kind attention to all life.
Movement and somatic work represent ways to develop this attention - based on joy.
Further emphasis on somatic work ‘to befriend the mind’ is that which Mettaminds.org therefore aims to promote.
